When you purchase a Hope Connect Heart Card, your message becomes part of our Heart Card Wall, a growing collection of encouragement, remembrance, and stories shared by people across communities.

Your contribution helps Hope Connect expand programs that bring people together through storytelling, service, and workforce opportunities for students and communities.

Through the Heart Card Project, support helps us deliver laminated Heart Cards to schools, senior groups, and community programs, giving people a voice and a way to share their story.

Your support also helps us organize and host community activations and events where people can come together to write heart messages, share experiences, and support local causes.

Contributions help provide the resources needed to make these events possible, including

• Community event setup and coordination
