Shipping policy

Processing time
Every LiveBlackHeart® piece is hand sewn and quality tested. Please allow 3–7 business days from purchase for your order to be made and shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Shipping within the United States
Domestic orders ship with USPS. Flat rates start at $6.95 and are shown at checkout.

Free US shipping on orders of $99 or more.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on service and location. Delivery times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.

International shipping
We ship worldwide with USPS or DHL Express. Available rates are shown at checkout so you can pick the option that works best for you. Delivery times vary by destination and customs.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Tracking, delays and lost packages
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email admin@liveblackheart.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Address changes
Please double-check your address at checkout. To change it, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
